The name says it all! Start with simply roasting wedges of sweet potatoes until they are evenly browned with dark crispy edges. Delicious on their own but why stop there!? For this recipe we combined roasted sweet potato wedges with our Savory Maple Glaze. The wedges are tossed in the glaze once roasted, then returned to the oven for 5 minutes. The result is a sticky masterpiece.
