The name says it all! Start with simply roasting wedges of sweet potatoes until they are evenly browned with dark crispy edges. Delicious on their own but why stop there!? For this recipe we combined roasted sweet potato wedges with our Savory Maple Glaze. The wedges are tossed in the glaze once roasted, then returned to the oven for 5 minutes. The result is a sticky masterpiece.

Ingredients:

  • 3 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup Savory Maple Glaze (see recipe)
Main Ingredient(s): Sweet Potatoes

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Scrub well and dry. Cut each sweet potato in half lengthwise, and then cut each half into 8 wedges.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cut potatoes, oil, salt & pepper. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until edges are crisp and potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes, for even browning flip wedges halfway through baking.
  • Drizzle with Savory Maple Glaze, toss till evenly coated. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
  • Enjoy hot!
