This Bok Choy is easy to make and delicious. Add chicken, beef or tofu to make it a main dish. You can also add in carrots, onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, or any veggies. This sweet and savory recipe is full of vitamin C and other nutrients!

Ingredients:

  • 8 Cups chopped fresh bok choy
  • 4 Tbsp oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger (Optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar, maple syrup, or honey (Optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Tip: Add chicken, beef or tofu to make a main dish.

Main Ingredient(s): Boy Choy, Garlic, Ginger

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute.
  • Add bok choy and soy sauce, cook 3-5 minutes, until greens are wilted and stalks are crisp-tender
  • Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
  • Enjoy Warm!
